Hi Experts,
We Were facing problems while transferring PPMs with set up time 1s, as this was being rounded off to zero.
These orders were not beng transferred earlier so we implemeted some parts of the note 448085 with user exits FUNCTION EXIT_SAPLPGS1_002 --> Include ZXPGSEU02 and FUNCTION EXIT_SAPLPGS1_004 --> Include ZXPGSEU04 .
Though the PPM s are getting transferred the fixed time in the PPM is zero as the set time is still being sent in hours. ( 1s = 1/3600= .0004 Hrs, The fixed time allows only 3 decimal places).
Please suggest a way to avoid getting this convertion from seconds to hours.

Sireesh
Sireesh,
If you change the base unit of measure in your Work Center in R/3 to 'Seconds', the IM will bring across the Routing times in the same unit of measure (seconds) when it creates the PPM. Base unit if measure can be found in the Capacities tab of CR01/CR02/CR03 in R/3. As long as your 'per-unit' rate doesn't get too small, the operation will be duplicated in the PPM.

wht is the use of using 1 s as set up time.
if the setup is realy that much you can very well think of ignoring it and the zero time in setup may not cause any functional problem.

If you want to make this opearation as planning operation in APO then you have to increase the time from 1 s, you can not use it with 1s.
And i am quite surprise which planning is so exactly which is asking for 1s should also plan.
Still my suggestion that you should not add this into you scheduling with 1s.
