One text element and text area is not visible to user in production.

Hi gurus,

I have seen a strange problem.We have developed a wedynpro ABAP form.and linked to portal through iview.

We have a view having lot of UI elements like Dropdown text box.Lable table text area.

One particular user is facing a problem he is not able to see a particular field in the form whih at the last of the form.This field is always visible field no dynamic binding is done for this field.

We have checked from all the security end and authorisation end browser setting but not able to find out the issue.

IF any one could suggest something that would be very grateful.

Usually the screen UI elements can also be hided using the [End User Personalization|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/EN/46/98ce61f37d19ace10000000a11466f/frameset.htm|Check this help link for more details about End User Personalization] option. Just to make sure ask the user to right-click on the WD ABAP view which invokes a context menu and check the User Settings -> Invisible Elements , if that element was hided then it would shown up and it can be restored from there.
