restore settings in me9f

hello all

We got one scenario where customer is executing me9f transaction . after executing he is getting output in one format. but all other users are getting the output in different format.

The user is unable to see headings. but the data is correct . only display format is different.

We have checked all the possible ways and checked with basis people also.we are unable to resolve this.

So i would like to know if there is any correction program or any method to change this.I'm unabe to paste screen shots here.

If u want i can send u screen shots also.

hi,

did you check (compared) user parameters in SU01?

are they different/the same?
