Hi Folks,
I have implemented service desk. Now I have to configure SLA. I have defined date profile too.
I want mail to trigger mail when predefined date is achieved. Can we make status dependant? Eg. when certain issue remain in say "in process" status mail should trigger to respective person.
Please suggest me how to go further?
