Hindi Langauge has some strange character in zsca/installed_language=H<>

Dear Experts,

I have imported HINDI language and run the I18n for getting the values of the paramter zsca*, but it shows some strange character in it. And copied/paste the same thing in instance profile, but nothing works?

Any idea how to get resolved.

How did you import the language?

What are those "strange charaters" you seee?
