Hi gurus,
I'm studying web dynpro and I'm trying to do some easy simple exercise.
When I try to create something on the "layout" tab (such as add a button) I have a pop up with this error:
Error in the script of internet explorer
Line: 1
Character: 1
Error: Object needed
Code: 0
URL: http://sap1:8001/sap/ ....
What is it? Certainly I should configure something ... but what?
Thanks a lot.
Guido
Hi Guido,
Please check if all the services for the view designer are active on your system. You may do so from Transaction - SICF and check
in the /SAP/PUBLIC/BC/WEBDYNPRO
Check if all the service nodes are active or not.

Runal

Yes, all services are active.
I have noticed that I can't see the service "ViewDesigner" without any filter search (seeing all the tree) ... But if I search "ViewDesigner" in the field "Service" I can find it!!! Under default_host/sap/public/bc/webdynpro/. It's very strange! Could be the problem?
Help!
Thanks in advance
Guido
I was not so clear ...
in
default_host/sap/public/bc/webdynpro I have ViewDesigner
but not in
default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/
IS IT CORRECT???
Thanks
