Hi,
1)How can the Views in a workbook be deleted?
2)Users should be able to create views but they should only be able to save it to "FAVORITES" section.
Could anyone please let me know what are the setting changes required for that.

To delete the Local views (Save View as Jump Target), you need to get to the Save View as Jump Target dialog for the Workbooks, all the views will be listed there, select the views which you want to delete and hit on the Delete icon on the top toolbar.

1) from bex tool bar Open->saved Views>search and locate your view>context menu>delete.
2)If you want allow users to save views only under their favotites...
by maiantaining roles (authorizations) yoy can achieve this..

If you have selected the query with option Save View Global option you can select the view anc click on Delete ICON to do that.
If you need to delete any other Bex item the use Tr. Code RSZDELETE.
Please let me know what exactly you need to delete.
