In Make To Order scenario

While packing material in "HU02" i am getting the following error.

Batch 20027722 1310 2000 11 does not exist

where

material:-20027722

Plant:- 1310

FG storage location:- 2000

Batch no:- 11

Kindly check while production of that batch with specific material,plant & Storage Location , the batch number was 11 or like "0000000011"

ya i have maintained packing instructions in POP1

As packing material & Finished material.

1) when i pack the material in delivery(Not in HU02) its allowing to pack & do PGI.

2)How to pack material with reference to particular SO(in MTO scenario)???

3) Can i pack material in HU02 with batch?(batch is assigned in Goods receipt after production.)

ie. batch is assigned for material which is assigned to particular SO(MTO Scenario.)

Normal scenario , the batches are assigned at Delivery and doing PGI .

If it is reservation , then you can assign batches at SO level.

The batch assigned after production is doubtful.

Check below is working :

Enter the batch numbers in delivery if you do not see the batch number in delivery

Also check VBAP for batch number .

Hello,

Few heavy industry , the concept of reservation available , so that the SO price, etc will be based on that that batch only . If it is assigned at SO , the system should not allow to reserve for another customer.

If you are not assigning batch at SO level, then it is a normal process . Check weather you have configured batch for delivery level.

In order to dp pack using Hu02 , you have to do configuration . Have you done ?
