HI all,

Please confirm that by making the status CLSD , what would happen to the project if it has cost in Profit&Loss and not settled. In the projects we plan to close there is no settlement rule defined

Hi,

CLSD means means you cant post commitment & actual both.

and for settlement, it depends on what settings you have maintained in settlement profile; if settlement is mandatory than the project will not close unless settled or if settlement is set to not required then project will close as it is with no costs or revenues settled.

regards!
