PRD messages that were transferred in QAS

Hi all,

I have a problem regarding archiving and posting of transactions in SAP. The client passed text files in FTP PRD. The problem is, some are not processed by XI PRD. They are being processed by XI QAS. The XML messages and the IDOCS are all posted in QAS. The archived text file was also saved in QAS. It's weird because some text files were processed correctly in PRD. I already checked the target ip address and folders in ID. They were correct. Has anyone encountered this before?

No known solution. Maybe the enduser transferred the data in the wrong directory..

when the file source ip and folder name is same as the time of testing in QA and PRD, if you forgot to inactive the CC in QA then the case is .. you are having two CC active for same source one is in QA and one is in PRD , so it will behave randomly...

i have to inactivate it even though QAS server is different with PRD server?

this is not possible - maybe some other channels are using the same IP, folders etc. and that's why it happend but XI does not fetch data

from folders that are not configured

so for 100% this is a configuration error
