Characteristic Values

Hi All,

We have to maintain the Actual Fabric Width and the Vendor Fabric Width (which is stated in the vendor fabric roll) in the system for Usage Decision. I created 2 code groups "VendorWidth" and "ActualWidth", is there a possibility to maintain these figures in the system? Please note these figures differs for each vendor and has to be enterd at plant level.. Also for the Catalog 9 (Defect Types) if i enter a defect class quality score will be calculated on the points given there. Is there a possibility to enter these defects values also from some other entry form???

Hi,

The two code group vendor fabric value & Actua fabric value you can create as code group under the 1- charcteristic attribute in transaction QS41.Then you can define the selection set for the plant level & define this 2 code group at the one selected set in QS51 transaction with different specification.

Now create the seperate MICR in QS21 & mention the character as the qualitative values& specify the selection set code group & codes.

When you do GR for the material the system will ask for the fabric value specify that value as you define many option.

or create as quantitave & specify value when inspection results has been done.
