HI,

while doing billing usually -crecord gets picked for combination cntry/plant/ctrlcode (only for this combination i've maintained crecord)

BUt sometimescondition record gets automatically created for

-for key combination sorg/refdoc/ref item - for bed ecess/scess ctype

-BUt no one created creord for this combination.

pl suggest why it gets created automatically & how to prevent this

go to VK12 for the combination and select deletion indicator.
