sales and distribution output control Help

Dear gurus..

I have made my customized Output type from

IMG -> SD -> BASIC FUNCTION -> OUTPUT CONTROL -> OUTPUT DETERMINATION -> OUTPUT DETERMINATION USING THE CONDITION TECHNIQUE -> MAINTAIN OUTPUT DETERMINATION FOR SALES DOCUMENTS -> MAINTAIN OUTPUT TYPES.

I have attached my program and form to the following parameters..

But when i go to VA42 and enter details for the header ouput area i cant find my customized output type

please help

Please check whether u have maintained the records in VV11 for sales order confirmation or not.

Maintain the records in VV11 and do check the order again. If possible try to create new order and check.

When i run the t-code VV11

and enter my output type ZCIP Customer Proforma Invoice

and enter the following Parameters

when i save them it vanish.. and when i re enter the details it say data already enter

then i go back to T-code va42

and enter the customer number

and go to extras -> header -> output -> edit and enter my output type ZCIP it say it does not exist

what should i do ?

Saad,

It seems you didnt proper configured Output procedure.

Please follow this step and check

--> Go to transaction NACE to add your own output types.

--> Goto transaction NACE and select the application type and Click on Output types button.

--> Click on Change button and Select Processing routines and click on NewEntries button.

--> Give the output type and Give your program and FORM routine and save it

Check also u must have to put your new outut types into the procedure.

Good, So can you please share with us what you have done? The link i cant access from ofc...

The answer like form is not defined also lies in T-Code NACE.

Check the output form u assigned to ur output must be exist in the system or you can take help of ABAPer to create new form.

I have one more query

In Display document Header Details there is a Tab Button naming TEXTs. in that i want to add a Text type

how to do that?

Saad,

If the text detemination procedure is properly maintained then the Text you will enter for different parameters, will flow during the sales cycle.

You can search the forum, you will get handful materials about text determination.
