Hi,
Is there a transaction that I can use to check the server that I'm currently logged on?
We are doing some hardware migration and I want to make sure that I'm logging in to the right server to do work.
Thanks
Just look at the lower right corner of your GUI.... it has the the <SID> the client and the host.

You can get the same from system information:
System> status>Navigate to Other Kernel information
under system information tab you can find the host IP address.

Hi,
Go to ST06 --> Detail analysis Menu --> LAN CHECK BY PING --> Test connection
You will get the ping response with IP Address of server.

From the SAP GUI logon screen, the lower right corner will show you the server that you will be logging into.
From the Portal, youu2019ll see the server name also in the lower right corner once you connect.
There are other ways once you are logged in, such as AL08.
Hope this helps.
