E-mail Broad casting problem

Hi ,

We have a WEB report and when i try to send the report through email broadcasting to multiple user the email is sent but the probelm is the FORMAT IN WITH THE USERS ARE RECEIVING the report is not correct can any one say what is the wrong with it .
