Smartforms embedded font issues

Hi All,

I have designed a smartform and converted the output to PDF format with Arail font when the system is converted the file into PDF it has embedded arail font and the file size has increased

the smartform when it is used with times new roman the file size is very small

but when it is using Arail it is more.

Kinndly help me out to use arail without embedded arail font.

Hi

use program-RSTXPDF2 and upload the fonts once again but on the selection screen don't forget to select the check box-Dont insert font in PDF

Hi,

First check if the system is having Arial Font from the font family in smart styles transaction code if it is not there means create the Arial Font from SE73 Tcode by using the following procedure.

Go to Se73-> Font Families -> Change

There select the create button and create the Arial font and then include it in your smartform.
