Issue with Attribute - BUK

Hi ,

Company code attribute is not picking when i tried to raise the shopping cart, saying that no values found. I have already assigned the Company code attribute(BUK) in the Org structure. Also i have assigned the Location in the extended attribute.

I m facing the only in the QA box and there is no issue in DEV

Help is much appreciated.

I double confirn that this error is due to missing configuration in

define backend systems for product categories in SRM system

product category source system target system.

The issue is solved.

Someone defined our SRM system as target system for backend documents, thus the system found always our SRM purchasing group.

Customizing: Define backend system for product categories was set:

• material groups

ECCTST (source system) = OK

SRMDEV (target system) = WRONG.

Hi,

Please delete the Attributes in the PPOMA_BBP and save it.

Then add the Attributres BUK and save that and check.

Maybe note 767058 can help you.

It says that, in the shopping cart, only those company codes, plants, and storage locations are considered for which a description is contained in the attributes.
