What is the difference between NetWeaver CE 7.1 SR5 and Netweaver CE 7.1 SP3 ?

Hi,

NetWeaver CE 7.1 SR5 is also known as NetWeaver CE 7.1 SP5. So it is the difference between the SPs.

More over this, if you install NetWeaver CE 7.1 SR5 , you will be directely get your components promoted to SP5 and in other case, you have to promoted them to SP5 manually.
