We too are facing severe performance issues, but as a customer we have no access to this content.

We would report the issue to our partner, but all they can do is forward a message to support, and we just end up in a three month investigation that leads nowhere (we have already experienced this).

Perhaps releasing this content to customers as well, might help us to investigate the matter ourselves.
