Hi all,

I am having one problem with Logo print .

In one smartform i have changed one logo

In preview it is showing perfectly

But in print out it is showing it is showing

dots ..,

Hello abdul,

As your getting print preview correct then there is no issue with the form. It may be due to printer settings. You can slove this issue with your Basis guy.

u save ur image as 24 bit bitmap image in paint and then upload again. and test it

like this try . u will definately get solution

Hi,

If you have uploaded the logo from the desktop means it will come like that if you want to remove the dots before saving the logo first the image as 256 bit format image and then upload.

Or else if you are using an already existing image then change the resolution of the image in the smartform and then if the problem persists try to take the print out by changing the printer there if it is coming fine means then the problem will be with the printer.

Hi Abdul Gaffar ,

In smartforms , if the print preview is coming fine then you job is 98% done . The driver program needs to installed by the BASIS guys for that particular printer to understand the details you send Via SAP. hence get in touch with you BASIS team and ask them to install the necessary driver prg.

There is no smartform issue in your case , it is an BASIS issue.

but it's showing dots in logo

remaing place of the logo is showing dots

Hello Abdul,

Please check your windows size first or just stretch the window.

still if its not coming take help of your BASIS team.

But make sure from your side that window with logo is placed in proper place and is enough big in size.

Please check out your printer settings with your basis guy...

it may not be problem with your smartform.
