Reverse the Usage Decision

Hello,

I am new to the QM module.

The problem is that we have done the Usage decision Using QA32 for the inspection lot(the material is rejected ) and put the quantity in Return Delivery.The material document is generated with mvt Type 122 but still the material is showing in the quality Inspection(i.e material qty is not moved to the Blocked stock).

Could you please suggest the solution how to move the material to blocked stock from Quality Inspection(I have tried to move with MB1B but could not and also tried to cancel the material docuemnt by MBST but failed).

Hi

Follow the steps to reverse the Posting

1) in MB31 enter > Mvt type 123 , order no,Plant,Sloc

2) In the next screen > Enter qty and Select stock type like Unrestricted-use and SAVE

3) Ensure Insp type 08 assigned in QM view if u want to inspect the lot

Hi Santosh,

In the selected sets (QS51),for rejected code,define code valuation and posting proposal UD and also select flag screen background and try.

Thanks for your reply.

In my case the problem is occured for only one material say "X" and rest of the material UD is working fine (whether material is accepted or rejected the movement is happening fine).

Please suggest.
