The maximum value cannot be increased

Hi All,

We want to create a new export license with license type IVLP, but when we add value, it reports an error "The maximum value cannot be increased".

There is a exsting license for this parts before, but we have expired it. not sure if this license will impact the new create one.

If so, how we can fix it?

Hi Rick ,

Please check the number range for License in SPRO under General Settings>Number Ranges>Define Number Ranges for Licenses.

Please check whether you have reached the maximum number of you number ranege for your License type IVLP ,if so extend it.

What number range is assigned to your license type you can check under SAP Compliance mgmt>Legal control services>Define Licenese type.

I found that the number range for this license type is ok, no exceed. Is there any other reason?

Hi Rick,

Please check the "Update" section of the license type in IMG. The "Value Update", "Quantity Update", "value Change" and "Quantity Change" needs to be configured with your requirements.
