rel date in production date

hi

1.how to get relese date when order is relesed after creation.wher ican find.

2. how can i get revised status after relese the order.

Dear Raj,

Goto CO03,enter the production order and after entering click on Header in the top menu ,

Header----> click on status changes and you will get all the status changes like created,released along

with the user id and time and date and also the action.

check and revert back.

i don as per u but when i click on header -status change , i got msg ,Change documents not active for order.

Dear Raj,

For the order type which you are using goto OPL8 and select the relevant one for the plant and order

type and click on details and then click on second tab page - implementation and check whether the

check boxes for the status change document for order header has been included or not.

If not means include the check box and then save the data.

Create a production order and release it and then check the details as I have mentioned in my previous

reply.

check and revert back.

Baswa raj,

You need to do settings in order type dependent parameters.

Follow path, SPRO- IMG- Production- Shop floor control- Master data- Order- Define order type dependent parameters. T code is OPL8

Select the desired combination of plant & orde type. Click on details.

In the next screen, in 'Implementation' tab page mark all the indicators under 'Status change documents'. Save.

After that for every order created you will have data in Header--- Status changes.

You can have further analysis by using concept of Order Change Management i.e. OCM.

Follow the link for the same.

Bawa raj,

You can find out the release date in CO02 or CO03.

Follow path Header--- Status changes.

Against the order status REL i.e. released you will be having all the details.

Didn't get your second question clearly.

If that is related with all the other status details same can be find out with the same path.
