Hello All,

We are looking forward to simple answer regarding an informationL "SAP-HR IMPLEMENTATION WITH MULTIPLE COMPANY CODES"?

MULTIPLE COMPANY CODES INCLUDE 1 COMPANY CODE FOR PARENT COMPANY & REST ARE FOR SISTER GROUP OR SUBSIDAIRY COMPANIES OF EACH GROUP.

THERE IS A QUITE CONFUSION?

WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST PRACTISES TO HANDLE SUCH A SITUATION?

The

BBP will be same

Make suer the Process is same for other group of companies or not

first check this one

Suppose:

X company Code the Overt ime is theer and Y Company Code the Over time will not be there

like these analyse ur BBP REquirments first

hi,

SAP IMPLEMENTATION can be portrate by the cancept called ASAP METHODOLOGY , go through the below ,

phase 1 : Project Preparation

phase 2 : Business Blue Print

Phase 3 : Reliasation

Phase 4 : finalisation

Phase 5 : Go-live

a company can have two many company code but a company code should belong to only one comapany vic versa ...

Global Template and Localization

First you map all the common across all the company codes and base lining one company code which is less complex

Localization would cover all the country specific functionalities

There are so many implementations happened on global template model

Hi,

suppose you have 3 company codes like

1000, 2000 and 3000

1000 company code is the main one. Remaining two are subsidiary companies ok.

In SAP they are created the 3 company codes so you need to do the configuration for these 3 company codes. If the business process is the same so you need to assign the same for these 3 company codes.

You have to preare the one BBP for all these company codes..

See if the business areas are diferent that you can take the personnel sub areas...

Suppose for example 1000 company have the LOP and the 2000 copmpany no LOP.

though the company code wise we need to configure...

Start BBP go ahead...All the Best
