E-Mail Notifications

Hello Guru's

We have configured SCOT & from SRM Backend we are able to send E-Mails too.

But from ITS when we publish BID Invitation, emails to vendor are not getting trigerred to vendors.

Please suggest....

I had same issues today

CPPR - i made RFC_USER -

Defaults- spool control- output device- LP01

Bid invitation triggered automatically

and implemented this sap note as well

Hi,

Output might have been triggerd but it might be in status 'Not Processed'.

In the Bidder/Bid tab click on the Action 'Output' at the right most corner.

Check if there is any Output triggered which is in status 'Not Processed'. If you Process this output the Output will be sent out successfully. You can also check the same in transaction BBP_PPF by giving the application key as the BidInvitation number. Remove any value from time frame and click on start you might find 'Not Processed' sequence.

Check the status of the Bid Invitation , It must be in status 'Published' for output to be triggered.

Hi

Bidder is able to get the Bid Invitation via web & also able to submit the response.

In BBP_PD status is 'I1011' i.e published.

Triggerd Bid invitation output status is 'Not Processed' in T-Code 'BBP_PPF'.

When I perform push output, gets status 'Incorrectly processed'.

Same status 'Incorrectly processed' getting when I process with T-Code 'BBP_PPF'.

I am not able to process the document further.

Please guide.....

Hi Soumik,

I too had same issue. No emails was triggered to bidders and output status was in 'NOT Processes'. Problem was the formatting error in smartform. if you are using any smartform , put a break point there and check this method PROCESS_BBP_BID_MAI_BCS in class CL_PD_BID_PROCESSING_BBP.

There is no entry in SOST.

No bidder notification link I can find out in system to the BID Invitation.

& also bidder communication medium mail?

I believe bidder receive a mail like below link given.

can bidder see the published bid inviatation via web

what is the mail id given for the bidder? check bidder data via web ?

what is the status of your bid inviatation in bbp_pd?
