Broken DCs while importing the SAP standard components using CMS Transport

Subject : Broken DCs while importing the SAP standard components using CMS Transport Studio.

Hi Please find the current business package version for development portal system.

SAP_ESS 600 SP0 (20090515115607)

SAP_MSS 600 SP0 (20090515115607)

SAP-JEE 7.00 SP17 (1000.7.00.17.0.20080917225228) .

After creating the Track in NWDI and having standard sap components like sap.com_EP_BUILDT, sap.com_SAP-JEE, sap.com_SAP_ESS, sap.com_SAP_MSS and others Checked-In, we Imported them under u201CDevelopmentu201D tab using CMS Transport Studio. After around 8-10 hours; the Import finished successfully and these components were visible under u201CConsolidationu201D tab. In CBS we observed that under sap.com_SAP_ESS there are 7 Broken DCs due to various reasons like Compile State, Metadata and Used DCs. Same is the case for sap.com_SAP_MSS which has 68 Broken DCs due to Compile State, Metadata and Used DCs.

Could anyone please reply as to why there should be any Broken DCs while importing the SAP standard components using CMS Transport Studio?

Please ensure you have checked-in and imported into development and constlation the required SCA's

i.e

SAP_JTECHS

SAP_JEE

SAP_BULIDT

EP_BUILDT

SAP PCGUI_GP

EP_BUILDT

Hi,

This kind of problems occurs bcozz of systems not in sysc. check both the systems(DEV/CONS/TEST) whether any differcences in patchs or version numbers.
