Devi, you help me a lot in doing posting.
I maintain CPF contribution in /254 and /255. Posting is working fine, if only cpf is deducted. Posting is working fine even if there is a contribution of SINDA. I think it is posting in the same account.
Problem:
If an employee has SINDA deduction and company give seperate GL account for posting SINDA. What to do?
Do i have to maintain /371 ?
Hi,
Yes. Seperately we have to maintain.
Because of wage type differ to SINDA to CPF.
That sinda wage type we have to maintain the SYMBOLIC account seperately and G/L account seperately.
I have one doubt regarding your CPF.
Are you directly maintain the 03(CPF) in 0186 infotype, or are you maintaining the PR in 0186IT.
Because of CPF, will calculate on based on employee PR. IF an employee has 1 year PR, cpf will calculate the different, MORE THAN 3 years PR cpf common for all employees. Then directly we can maintain the CPF(03).
Good luck

I am maintaining CPF in 186 infotype.
If emp hold pink NRIC Fund type is 01
If emp hold blue NRIC then Fund type is 03 and we maintain date (check box PR since)
Now please tell me for SINDA posting do I have to maintain /371 wage type?
How many Symbolic accounts for this?
(currently employees deductions are going to CPF deductions as I have not maintain for SINDA)
Thank you for your help
Hi,
We have to post the /371 wage type for SINDA, one symbolic account(C) enough.
This is the expenses to company, for that we required one symbolic account.
And to create G/L account is profit and loss account.
and after mapping wage types to symbolic accounts, assign the symbolic account to g/l account in OBYE.
Good luck
Devi
