Workforce Planning

Dear Gurus,

Can some one pls tell me the settings I need to ensure in order to get correct values in CMP9.

As in my case , I hv 2 different work center categories under which i create work centers.

Work centers created under one category reflect in CMP9, where as the other one does not. I have maintained the same application area as "Networks" for both categories.

pls help.

for cmp9 the work centre must be used in the network activity

ther must be people assigned to work center - hr assignment - capacity tab

also some workforce planning must be done

ther is no settings or config for w/f planning except the profile - no connection to work centre
