Form16 emoluments paid - Cross financial year

Hi,

some wage types in Basic pay were not coded for Monthly and annual cumulation in T54C3 table & hence the annual figure was not appearing in form16.

It has been corrected and the same is displayed with forced retro if the financial year is the same.

But the Payroll has been run uptil April 2009 and when its run with forced retro from april 2008, the same is not getting updated in form16 for the year 2008-09, perhaps due to cross financial years.

Pl. suggest.

Check the report RPUCRT00 and note 100625655.

Thanks for your reply spaceship.....but unable to find the note wiht the no. you gave.

tried other combinations but didnt work. could you pl. confirm on the note no.

Will be trying the report meanwhile.

Did u set the constant DCRM in V_T511K

Check the constant for Cross Financial year
