Problem in Goods receipt

While doing GR for Material (without material master) with account assignment A, system is giving following error msg.

"Authorization missing for company code 1000 asset class 20202000."

Please guide to sort out the issue.

Hai,

When u got this error, open another session and type SU53 in T-code bar and press enter.

you will get one screen, Send the screen shot to BASIS person he will give authorization for that object.

some times again you will get same error. Because one more linked object authorization is missing.

Do the same again System will show the object details, send the screen shot to BASIS Person to get authorization.

Thanks. But after this I m getting one new error msg as follows.

" Acct. 20202000 for trans./ev. key ANL is not a control account."

Pls guide me.

check in the T. Code SU01 the authorization profile is missing.Contact the basis team to ressolve this.

Our development & production client is having samee config. When I tried same thing on Development, its giving following msg.

"You cannot post to asset in company code 1000 fiscal year 2009"

Pls advice.

Please contact FI persons to transfer the Asset from 2008 to 2009.

The basic authorization for the user is missing, Please use the Transaction SU53 immediately after the error and expand the Red highlighted nodes and send the screen shots to BASIS guy.

Please get this error again. After this do SU53 and see which authorization object is missing in u r profile. Give this to basis person who will help you to get this authorization.

Authorization issue. Go to SU53, take a screen shot, give it to your basis person.

The basis person will give you authorization.

Kindly contact the Basis person and ask to give authorisation to the user for the Asset class.
