How to find GR No. in PO.

Go to Me23n and from item details click on purchase oredr history.

Hi,

Use ME23N , In PO History Tab , Short Text as "WE" and Movement Type 101will show your the GR Material document .If you want a list of GR and PO together, use T_Code MB51, enter movement type 101 and in result , change layout by adding Purchase Order field in list.

Hi,

Onece you will do the GR for any PO PO history tab will be activated in ME23N at item level.

Please click on PO history tab at item level in ME23N and here u must be able to see the GR number.Just double click on GR number to see the complete details of GR document.

If GR is done for the PO,in Purchase order history tab(In Item detail),u can find the GRN details
