picked vs delivered quantity

hello, friends.

in a scenario with WMS, a transaction is supposed to be cancelled. invoicing and goods issue were successfully reversed, but confirmation could not be reversed because the picked quantity was greater than the delivered quantity.

the differences arose because of the conversion between the sales unit of measure and the stockkeeping unit of measure (for picking). the delivery quantity was 9.99 while the picked quantity was 10.00.

someone suggested making the fixes in 0VLP to allow over-delivery (currently B). would anyone agree with this or is there a more appropriate solution?

I am also agree with the person who suggested you to make the changes in 0VLP. change Check overdelivery as blank or A. Try it once and let us know.

hello, friends.

we did not make changes in 0VLP as of the moment. we tried to use t-code LT0G, but we could not select the line items (the first line was locked).

we will try other approaches and will update. in the meantime, i hope we can have more inputs.
