FireFighter report

Hi Gurus,

We have Firefighter 5.3 installed. We have CRM, SRM, BI , ERP as SAP backend system..

While reviewing logs report in net weaver for Firefighter logs it forces us to choose a system. Is it possible to get report for a particular FFid from all the system together?

Hello Praveen,

As of now the scope of log report in SPM is showing logs for Firefighter IDs in one system only.

You can use SAP BI to create a customized report for analyzing cross system Firefighter IDs. I am not sure if it works but its worth a try.

No, you have to choose a system.

Hi Parveen,

Firefighter ID may differ in your different system. because depending on the system and business you will create FF IDs. So, it is not worth to search log report for a particular FF ID for all system. And also SAP has not given the option to see logs for all systems. If you don't select any system and click on execute the system will give an error Select a system

I agree to that SAP has not provided the capability to see the reports across the SAP applications.. but one things now system landscape is becoming so complex and various applications are becoming so inter-dependent upon each other that people need to fix a problem CRM which has its source in ERP. in that circumstance it would be easier if a you can see one log file across the application to see what Firefighter has done everywhere
