How to Init 2LIS_13_VDITM

Hello,

I have a problem, the 2LIS_13_VDITM structure was changed directly in production system without stopping the V3 jobs and with some records in the delta queue. Now when the process chain runs in BW it give us an error.

I think the delta queue is 'broken' so i have to erase and load the cube again. I have been looking for a 'How_to' document but I did not find it. Can anybody tell me how to init 2LIS_13_VDITM (steps in R/3 and BW)? Does anybody has this document? or what else can I do?

Thanks for your reply, now I have the idea of how to do it. However there are some other questions related

1. V3 jobs are the same to control jobs?

2. I have to stop the V3 jobs at the beginning of the process, rigth?

3. When should I stop all R/3 jobs and block users? between wich steps? (accordind to Sadeesh)

Hi

1. First delete the intialization from BI and it will in turn delete the delta queue from source system.

2. Delete the set up table and then fill up the set up table for the application you want to pull the records

3. Delete the records from cube.\

4. Perform the intialization to BI

5. Schedule the V3 collective job so that the delta records will be updated to the delta queue.

6. Perfrom the delta load to BI

try to initialize the data source again and then enable the delta.

Initialization:

Delete setup tables - ERP

Fill the setup tables - ERP

Run the Inii infopackage - BW

and then run the job control (delta's will be enable) - ERP

then run the delta - BW

You can Delete the Setup tables for Application area 13 and fill gain.

Then you can do initialization and you will have correct data.

Now delete the cube data and load this new initialized data to it.
