What would cause form settings to change for some users? A few users have reported that their form settings changed overnight - some columns disappeared and had to be reset.
If users don't use File>Exit path to shut down SAP they can lose form settings. We have also had an instance where form settings were lost if PC was not shut down & restarted properly so some things must save in registry for users.
This issue occurred not immediately after, but months after
the upgrade to 2007 PL46.
Regarding registry entries..can you please provide more information about how SAP B1 loads the user's default form settings? Is this only the case if the form settings were changed or could form settings default be lost if PC was not shut down properly?
