Global change few field in module

I saw the data transfered from other software need to be updated again. How can I do this in the fast way? I need apply all Inventory master data with all three check box marked.

Import from excel will enable faster update of item master datas.

Go to Administration --> Data Import --> Import from Excel --> Data Type to Import --> Items

Select Columns Item Code,Inventory Item,Sales Item,Purchase Item,

Tick mark Update existing records,

Prepare a excel file with datas Item Code,Set Inventory Item --> Y,Set Sales Item --> Y,

Purchase Item ---> Y.

After completing filling all datas in 4 columns,Save the excel sheet in format text tab delimited.

Click Ok to Update item master datas.

You may use oITEMS template to add all ItemCode and enter tYES to all InventoryItem, PurchaseItem & SalesItem columns.
