goods issue to vendors

Dear Gurus,

Is there any movement type to issue goods to vendor directly ? Client do n't want to use return po for this.

ex; Our vendor is a transport vendor & providing vechiles to it's company. Client is issuing diesel to vendor. It wants to issue directly to vendor through migo?

Pl suggest.

Or has the vendor pay for it? or do you get a credit note?

You probably have to post a goods issue to cost center with movement 201.

It cannot be a return if you dont get the diesel from this vendor.

Define each car as an cost centre. Issue material to this cost centre as per your requirement.

In this way you can also track how much material is issued to each cost centre.
