Process Chain and Execution User

Hi

We have process chains which are being executed by a third party software called Control M. Every thing was working fine and still is for all process chains but a few. A problem has started with one chain which the background user ID runs the Start Variant and then the remaining processes in the process chain are being run by a user ID. We can not find anywhere in the job logs or the proces chain itself why this has started. Of course the process chain will run this way but it should only be running all process in the process chain with the background user id.. Any thoughts on what may be causing this? We have not found any jobs which are scheduled or released under this user id but everytime the process chain runs these process are running under this user id.

Thanks for the reply.

We have checked and rechecked all attribute settings in RSPC for this process chain. They all look correct in both the modified and active version of the process chain. It is truely baffling why the system is doing this.
