how to color a text box in Adobe form?

I need to color a text box in adobe form - background color , I mean.

I looked at some examples but they do not have any color related script for Text boxes..

Also - can we change the background color of a part of a text in a text box?

For any element, look at the "Border" pallete. Althought misleading, it has "Background Fill" at the bottom and you can control color.

You can also do this dynamically...lots of Javascript examples out there if you Google it.

You can do different styles and do "gradient" effects if you like. You pretty much have all kinds of control. Just play with it a bit.
