Srinivas,

Welcome to SDN Forums.

I think they were asking about CTS (CORRECTION AND TRANSPORT SYSTEM), using which you move the code from DEV to QA to PROD boxes.

Take a look at this thread which discusses about the same.

Regards,

Ravi

Hi Ravi,

I was informed that CTS stands for Change and Transport System.

Does C stands for Change or Correction?

Doesnt make a big difference in practice though, however in case of interviews like this, wrong abbreviation can be fatal!!

Shrinivas, are you sure the interviewer meant CTZ n not CTS??

Regards,

Tanveer.

Hi Ravi and Shrinivas,

CTS does stands for Change and Transport System.

The Change and Transport System (CTS) is a tool that helps you to organize development projects in the ABAP Workbench and in Customizing, and then transport the changes between the SAP Systems in your system landscape.
