Hi all,
My client has requirement that he need to assign a word document or excel document in Contract can any on me guide that is possible in sap to assign document in Contract

Hi,
Why can't they enter in Item / Header level texts. As per my knowleddge its not possible to attach a word document to contrancts.

hi,
try activate GOS services by adding in su01 to user
a parameter SD_SWU_ACTIVE = 'X',
after that in va41/va42/va43 transactions will be available special
menu to add attachements (word,excel etc) to contract document,

If your client want to assign a word / excel file then , you can assign the word / excel file in Create Contract ->item data->text tab , In text tab you can assign the word / excel file
