Solution Manager work center

Hi All,

When I am trying to access solman_workcenter i am getting a message 'You are not assigned to a work center'. Can you please help me regarding this?

Solman system is on EHP1

Just assign the role SAP_SMWORK_ADMINISTRATOR_COMP to your user. It was working for me.

Hi,

SAP_SMWORK_BASIC is standard role to be assigned to all the workcenter users

now if u r using incident or service desk functionality assign

SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN

similarly whatever functionality is to be used by the user will have that no of roles

I assigned SAP_SMWORK_BASIC to my user.

But doesn't change the issue.

You need to assign further roles SAP_SMWORK* in addition to SAP_SMWORK_BASIC.

Could some one please tell me how to assign WorkCenter Role to my User Account in Solution Manager ?

Please check the Security guide at service.sap.com/instguides, chapter 7 explains what are roles you have to assign to your user for each workcenter.

You can assign them to your user via transaction SU01.
