We not facing this problem in our development server the SP level & Kernel patch level is same on both servers.

Pls suggest.

Not enough information. Please provide complete information about OS Database and SAP version, also search the notes in OSS with keyword ROLLBACK_IN_POSTING and you will find a lot of notes just read them

This thread is suggesting upgrade kernel to 133 level but we are already on 133 Level.
