Pricing in despatch advice

Hi all,

Is it possible to apply pricing on despatch advice instead of sales order? For example, my client works like thay book sales on advance and then despatch advice is created according to despatch plan. Now if the rate of the cement is 5 rs per ton at the date of sales order creation and 6 rs per ton at the date of despatch advice creation then pricing will be done at 6 rs per ton. Is this possible to do?

Hi Al,

If your requirement is of getting the price based on the Despatch date instead of Sales Order date you can set it in the Copy Control itself. i.e. in the Tcode VTFL for the Delivery-Billing Doc combination go to the Item Category for.eg. TAN. Here you will find the Parameter- Pricing Type. In this maintain 'C' or 'B' based on the presence of Manual Condition type.

Due to this the Price will be redetermined based on the date of creation of the document instead of copying the pricing from the Sales Document.

Hi,

It is not possible to do any pricing in delivery document, but the pricing can be done while preparing billing document. But u have to ensure that the pricing part has to be manually changeable.
