how to use https in webgui to secure communication.

Dear Experts,

We have activated webgui for SAP but when i access it through browser it gives me message https not enabled it's not safe to send password. Please guide me how should i able to use https for sap webgui so that entire communication will be secure b/w a user and sap server. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I dont know the process of making a port https, but i came to know from my basis team people that if we have to make the communication to the integrated ITS to be a secured one, we have to make the port itself https. Some info about that is there in the note No: 751873.

Hi,

As per my knowledge, i think you have to make the ITS port as HTTPS. The port whatever you are using for ITS transactions has to be made https.
