Data Changed in the Data View

Hi Experts

I am facing problem with regard to the Data in the Data View.

Some of the users are deleting the data in the key figures of the data view.How to know which user has changed the data in the key figure for the Different Periods, where as i tried with different options available but i could not get it.

2 days back Inventory data was deleted and today Purchase data was also deleted.I want to know which user has deleted or changed the data in the Key Figure.

Is there any method to view the Logs in which system will maintain the User Names and Time and Date who changes the data.

Please throw the light on the issue i am facing.

Hi Venu,

Please look into the following options

1) Check sap note 1308968

2) Try creating your own customised exit macro by creating a monitor key figure for critical key figures and then as and any changes that will get copied into the new key figure and thus you can monitor the change

3) Try generating database alerts in planning books and then monitor the changes

Hi,

There is no solution available to find out last change in the planning book.

You can restrict some key figures by authorization. I mean give authorization of specific key figure to specific person, so that the person should be responsible for those key figures.
