Internal note from SC to confirmation

Hi experts,

Could someone out there please help me regarding text transfer from shopping cart to confirmation in SRM?

Problem.

I would like to create an internal note in the shopping cart. The text in the internal note should afterwards be available in the confirmation. Is this possible? I would like it to work for header aswell as item level.

Step by step:

1. Create a shopping cart, assign some text in the internal note. Save the shopping cart.

2. A PO is created in the backend system (R/3)

3. Create a confirmation in SRM. The text, created in the shopping cart. should now be available for the user under internal note in the confirmation. This means that the text from the shopping cart should be tranferred to the confirmation.

Hi Kim,

inside BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI of the confirmation you can call the BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL. The BBP_PD_SC_GETDETAIL consists also the longtext of the SC, this has to be mapped into the text fields of the confirmation.
