Hi

The account you have mentioned has been created as a cost element, due to that when ever you try to post this account it requires an account assignment object.

YOu can maintain a default account assignment in transaction OKB9. Maintain a cost center for the account in the compnay code. Thsi should resolve your error.

Thanks & Regards

Kishore

Hi

Check in KA03 if that account is a cost element. Cost element requires assignment to a CO object such as WBS element, cost center, internal order. Assign a CO object in OKB9 for this element.

Thanks

Hi

Also cross check with your CO guy regardding the setigns In OKB9. The issue with direct assignment of a cost object in KA02 is that it will post to that object only.

Check your settings for the error, is it PRD error ? try to asign a G/L which does not have an cost element created.

If your organisations does the splitting manually based upon plant postings then ofcourse you can asign the cost object in KA02. Check this out and proceed.

Dear,

Please use transaction KA01 to create it.If already exist then assign the cost center to your G/L account 7201013 in KA02.
