Dear all,
is it possible to send email notification from the SAP system (ECC 6) automatically when somebody log on under SAP* or DDIC ?
Well....I know its possible, but I dont know how to set it up, or where to activate it.
Please advice.
Have a nice day.
You mean..........there is some standard configurations in SAP system to achieve this?
As far I know, there is no such configurations available in the system. However, I believe you can achieve the same by writing your custom ABAP program. Just chek it.
what others have to say?
Good Luck!
Regards,
Faisal

Hello Juan,
thank you for the answer, I checked RZ20 and didnt find template for that. I know that I can see that in SM19, SM20, but I cannot find where this notification is activated.
I see in SOST that the mail are being sent from the system in the time when SAP* or DDIC log in to the system.
All I want to do is just to change the distribution list of the recepients who recieve this notification.

I'm not really sure if theres a CCMS template for user logons.... but you can trace those logons easily via Security Audit SM19/SM20.

Juan
