SMD Setup on Cluster System

Hi,

I am in process of setting up SMD in our landscape.

I have set up the monitoring system successfully on our SOLMAN.

But i am facing issues while installing the SMD Agent on my CRM system which is a cluster .

The installer is selecting C:\usr\sap\SMD as the default drive and is throwing error:

ERROR 2009-05-20 13:02:24

FSL-06002 Error 2 (The system cannot find the file specified.

) in execution of a 'CreateProcess' function, line (284), with parameter (C:\usr\sap\SMD\exe\sapstartsrv.exe ...).

Please suggest me how to proceed on this.

Hi ,

I extracted the SCS.SAR file and placed the files in the c:\usr\sap\SMD\exe directory.

After that the installation was successfull.

Hi,

I extracted the SCS.SAR file to c:\usr\sap\SMD\exe and continued with the installation which completed successfully.
